To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and maintain the integrity of the event, please review the guidelines below:

1. Check-In & Entry

• Guests must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID.

• The name on your ID must match the name used for check-in.

• Consent to paint is given during check-in.

• Wristbands must be worn throughout the event.

• No re-entry once you leave the venue.

2. Safety & Screening

• Your safety and privacy are our top priorities.

• A brief, confidential safety screening will be conducted.

• If any disqualifying information is found, entry will be denied without a refund.

• Screenings require minimal personal details and are handled discreetly.

3. Respect & Guest Conduct

• Respect for our models and guests is key to maintaining a positive atmosphere.

• Models are living canvases—please keep conversations art-focused and respectful.

• Inappropriate or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal.

• Follow host instructions and the painting rotation.

• Photography is only allowed in designated areas.

4. Interaction & Painting Guidelines

• Creative expression should always be respectful and thoughtful.

• Only paint on models—do not paint other guests or event items.

• Use only the provided paintbrushes—no direct physical contact with models.

• Painting is by invitation only—respect each model's body and space.

• Keep art supplies in their designated areas.

• Follow all posted signs and staff instructions.

5. Photography & Media Release

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for social media and promotional purposes.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, notify staff during check-in.

6. Health & Safety

• If you're feeling unwell, please do not attend the event.

• Inform staff of any paint or fragrance allergies during check-in.

• Masks or other safety protocols may be required—please check for updates before attending.

7. Alcohol & Substances

• Please drink responsibly. Disruptive behavior will result in removal without a refund.

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

By attending Naked Canvas, you acknowledge the risks associated with the event and release the organizers from liability. Event policies may change, and updates will be communicated to ticket holders.
