Our workshops are designed to celebrate artistic expression while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest experience.​ 

 

To help preserve the integrity of Naked Canvas, please review and follow the guidelines below. Your cooperation is essential.

1. Check-In & Entry

  • Admission is limited to guests 21 years of age and older with a valid, scannable photo ID.

  • The name on your ID must match the name used during check-in.

  • Consent to participate in painting activities is provided during the check-in process.

  • Wristbands issued by the concierge must be worn throughout the event.

  • Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the studio.

2. Safety Screening

  • Guest safety and privacy are our highest priorities.

  • A brief, confidential safety screening is required at check-in.

  • If disqualifying information is identified, entry will be respectfully declined.

  • Screenings require minimal information and are handled with care and discretion.

3. Respect & Guest Conduct

  • Respect is the foundation of Naked Canvas.

  • All interactions with models must remain art-centered and courteous. Our models are living canvases.

  • Inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

  • Please follow all host instructions, including painting rotations and model guidelines.

  • Photography is only permitted in clearly designated areas.

4. Interaction & Painting Guidelines

  • Creative expression must always remain thoughtful and respectful.

  • Painting is limited to models only. Do not paint other guests, staff, or areas of the studio.

  • Only the materials provided may be used on models. Direct physical contact is not permitted.

  • Supplies should be returned to their designated areas after use.

  • Please observe all posted instructions and guidance from staff.

  • Our artists are available to answer questions or provide assistance.

5. Photography & Media Release

  • Attendance grants Naked Canvas permission to capture photos or video for use.

  • If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify a staff member at check-in.

6. Health & Safety

  • Guests who feel unwell are asked to prioritize their health and attend a future event.

  • Please inform staff at check-in if you have allergies to paint, fragrances, or related materials.

  • Masks or other safety measures may be required. Check event updates before arrival.

7. Alcohol & Substances

  • If alcohol is served, guests are expected to drink responsibly.

  • Disruptive behavior resulting from intoxication will lead to removal without refund.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

8. Accessibility & Special Requests

  • Naked Canvas is committed to inclusivity. Guests requiring accommodations or special assistance should contact us in advance so proper arrangements can be made.

By attending Naked Canvas®, you acknowledge the risks of participation and release the organizers from liability.

Policies and guidelines are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.

Your attendance confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Compliance & Safety Agreement.
