Our check-in and safety process protects consent, privacy, and the workshop environment for guests, models,

artist-hosts, and staff so everyone can create with confidence.

By entering the Naked Canvas® Art Model Workshop, you agree to the following:

​

1) Entry Requirements

  • Admission is 21+ only.

  • Bring a valid, scannable government-issued photo ID.

  • The name on your ID must match your reservation name and is used to complete check-in.

  • A wristband is issued at check-in and must be worn throughout the workshop.

  • No re-entry once you exit.

  • Entry may be declined to preserve a respectful, safe workshop environment.

2) Check-In Window and Arrival

  • Arrive within the check-in window provided to reservation holders.

  • Late arrival may result in delayed entry or declined entry if it disrupts safety, consent, or the session format.

  • Reservations are limited to maintain a controlled setting.

3) Eligibility Verification

During check-in, we conduct an internal eligibility verification as part of entry operations.

  • The process is brief, confidential, and handled with care.

  • It confirms your reservation and verifies that entry requirements are met.

  • If eligibility cannot be confirmed, entry will be declined and your reservation will be refunded in accordance with the ticketing platform’s terms.

  • Refusal to complete eligibility verification may result in entry being declined.

  • Information collected is used only for policy enforcement and safety purposes and is handled confidentially.

4) Workshop Conduct

Respect is the foundation of the workshop.

  • Keep all interaction art-centered, courteous, and appropriate.

  • Models participate as professional art subjects and must be treated with respect at all times.

  • Not permitted: harassment, sexual comments, intimidation, unwanted attention, discriminatory conduct, solicitation, or disruptive behavior.

  • Follow all artist-host and staff direction, including rotations, station flow, and boundaries.

  • Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. Future entry may also be refused to protect the workshop environment.

5) Consent and Boundaries

Creative expression must remain respectful and consent-based.

  • Hands off at all times: no direct physical contact with the model for any reason.

  • Paint only as instructed and remain within designated guest zones.

  • Boundaries set by a model, artist-host, or staff must be respected immediately.

  • Not permitted: requesting personal contact, social media, private meetings, or making sexual, romantic, or demeaning remarks.

  • Any behavior that sexualizes the workshop environment or undermines consent may result in removal without refund. Future entry may also be refused to protect consent and privacy.

6) Painting Rules and Materials

  • Paint only on the model’s body and only where instructed.

  • Do not paint the model’s wrap, other guests, staff, venue property, or any surfaces.

  • Use only materials provided.

  • No outside paints, tools, substances, adhesives, oils, markers, glitter, or materials.

  • Return supplies to designated areas after use. Staff are available to assist.

7) Phones, Photography, and Recording

To protect privacy, media is controlled.

  • Photography is permitted only in designated areas clearly marked by signage and staff direction.

  • Do not photograph or record models or guests outside the designated area.

  • Unauthorized or covert recording is prohibited and may result in removal, bans, and legal remedies where appropriate.

  • The workshop may include photo/video capture for promotional, editorial, and brand use in designated areas.

  • If you do not wish to appear in brand media, notify us at check-in and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate where feasible.

8) Health and Safety

  • If you feel unwell, do not attend and prioritize your health.

  • Do not attend if you have known sensitivities to body paint, fragrances, or related materials.

  • Move carefully in shared spaces that may include paint, liquids, lighting elements, and close-proximity movement.

  • Follow all safety guidance provided by staff and any updates sent to reservation holders.

9) Alcohol and Substances

If alcohol is served, it remains secondary to the workshop environment.

  • Drink responsibly.

  • Intoxication that impacts conduct or safety will result in removal without refund.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Management may refuse service or entry to protect safety and the workshop experience.

10) Accessibility

We support inclusivity and reasonable accommodations where feasible.
Contact us in advance for accommodation requests so we can assist appropriately.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Agreement to Comply

​

By attending Naked Canvas®, you acknowledge participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including exposure to body paint and fragrances, allergic reactions or irritation, slips or trips, and movement in a shared workshop environment. If the environment includes candles, lighting, or other fixtures, you acknowledge the risk of hot surfaces and minor burns if safety guidance is not followed.

You agree to comply with all rules and instructions from our artist-hosts and staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund to protect consent, privacy, safety, and the overall experience.

 

Policies may be updated as needed. Material changes will be communicated to reservation holders when applicable.
